About the Job:
Reporting to the Manager, the purpose of the job is to achieve personal delivery target through:

1. developing and managing a defined candidate and client database
2. delivering high quality recruitment consultancy services
3. compliance with company policies and reporting processes

Key Accountabilities:

1. formulate a client and candidate development plan, together with the manager, to support the achievement of personal sales targets
2. initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract business
3. develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the Randstad Group
4. initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands
5. develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organising interviews and sometimes negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner
6. provide advice to clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment process
7. complete and update client and candidate details in the CRM systems to support effective management information reporting

Skills and Experience Required:

1. sales experience is an added advantage
2. university degree or higher education (Fresh Grad encouraged to apply)
3. Strong business acumen and strong critical skills with the ability to find quick solutions
4. Internship with Advisory firms / Management Consulting / Private Equity / Banking / Investment Banking will be a huge added advantage
