Connect Energy has been established since 2006 with a focus on the Energy industry. To date, we have 9 offices strategically located to be near our clients. To manage the current workload, we are looking for an ASSOCIATE RECRUITER to join our team.
Responsibilities
Assist the Recruitment Manager (RM) in sourcing relevant candidates based on the requirements provided.
Assist in tender bidding processes, including the compilation of bid documents and sourcing and compiling CVs for submission purposes.
Compile timesheets and expense claims from contractors, verifying accuracy before submission to the finance department for payment.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working in either a recruitment agency or in-house TA role.
MUST have experience in the Energy sector, ideally in the oil and gas industry.
Willingness to work remotely.
Independent, proactive, and task-oriented, as you will often be working by yourself.
