Grow together
As part of our team, you’ll oversee and assist Business Unit PMs with the delivery of cutting-edge warehouse management systems across the globe. You’ll play a key role in transitioning projects from implementation to “business as usual”, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will conduct follow-ups with project teams. Based on your experience from these transitions, you will participate in process improvements to deliver our services better and faster.

You will also gradually enlarge your scope of work with change management responsibilities for the WMS platform and related services.

As a WMS Inbound Project Manager, having experience managing smaller technical projects and projects involving multiple stakeholders is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of ITIL will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a project management aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of how to gather business requirements, create a project plan, and manage multiple small projects at the same time. You are able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Petr Kubat and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2017, when I took a role as WMS Inbound Project Manager in the DSC WMS Services team. Gaining more hands-on experience with managing projects has always fascinated me. In 2019, I moved to a management role, being Manager of WMS Platform & Projects team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology. Looking forward to having you onboard!
