Primary Purpose:
This role reports to the Senior Manager to plan and execute integrated marketing activation and PR plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated plans, provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet marketing & commercial objectives that are aligned with global vision while understanding local business needs.
Candidate must be proficient with data analysis for sales promotion, activation & various in-house systems.

- Execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition & retention.
- Implement measurement strategies that align with campaign goals.
- Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
- Identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall brand goals and objectives.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and on-ground activations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with our internal Digital team to align on the media buys & objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, roadshows, and media events.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaign, collateral, digital, events and activations.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.
Marketing activation
- On rotation works as a project manager for specific activation with cross functional local & regional teams to lead and ensure smooth operation.
- Point of contact with 3rd party business partner.
- Work with global team on conceptualizing of campaign & activation setup.
- Develop compelling proposal for internal & external stakeholder with clear objective & ROI.
- Recap reports.
Retail Marketing
- Work closely with local cross-functional teams to conceptualize, execute, and analyze sales promotions initiatives; optimize strategy to understand business needs and drive results.
- Good analytical skill to read data & dashboards to determine effectiveness of sales promotion online & offline.
- Strategize, plan and manage compelling local in-store customer events that are in line with global brand strategy.
- Partner with global and regional CRM to drive name capture and database growth across retail and outlet stores.
- Oversee collateral planning, such as GWPs, marketing instore signage, CRC etc.
Media
- Timely submission of assets request & monitoring media buys across traditional all media buys (OOH, print, advertorials, experiential) platforms to support global focuses and local business needs.
- Analyze impact across all mediums and make recommendations accordingly on future investment.
PR & Communications
- Partner with PR agency to execute PR strategy to elevate the brand perception and awareness.
- Manage all sample inventory in partnership with the PR agency to support all requests.
- Strategize, plan and manage brand events across all steps to execution.
- Plan local KOL activities to support brand elevation and desirability.
Qualifications and Skills Required The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience and strong functional skills in consumer & brand marketing.
- Strong project management skills from design to completion with an action orientation.
- A passion for fashion and sensitivity to trends.
- Experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Positive, driven and can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present a story in an inspiring and convincing manner.
