What you’ll do:

  • Leading and assisting in day-to-day finance operation leading to the month-end closing of different regions and entities;
  • Leading and assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for lead the local audits process;
  • Leading and assisting day-to-day tax related issues such as the collection of invoices, issuance of invoices as well as periodical tax filing;
  • Control day to day payment operations and activities;
  • Being the contact point for auditors, tax consultants, local banks and other external parties;
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and/or a certified public accountant;
  • 6-8 years experience, with Big 4 working experience, Regional experience is an advantage;
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes;
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in Netsuite is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and fluency in English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
