What you will do:
Lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to a growing team of junior Associates, ensuring high output quality and efficiency while handling operational tasks
Work in tandem with the Operations Manager and Supply Leads to effectively execute regional strategies. Ensure alignment across Associates through clear communication and prompt follow-ups as needed
Take a lead role in operations, set high standards, independently resolve issues, and share solutions with the team to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity while addressing non-routine challenges. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within account operations
Collaborate closely with BD Managers to align with commercial focuses and goals, liaising with and teams across finance, customer service, tech etc., to maintain and support merchant accounts
Initiate, develop and plan operational related projects to drive overall business efficiency
What you will need:
2-3 years of people management and operations experience
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and cultural backgrounds and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to execute under pressure and against tight schedules
Resourceful, agile, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to fast changes
Tech savvy with proficiency in GSuite, especially GSheets
