The Associate Group & Procurement Admin will support the department in various administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include raising purchase requests (PR), processing payments related to contracts and agreements, managing tendering processes, and overseeing RFQs/RFPs.
This role also involves assisting in building maintenance, ensuring compliance with insurance and statutory requirements, and managing relevant systems, such as access card, CCTV, and voice logger systems.
Additional duties include monitoring and managing the admin helpdesk, assisting in the compilation of the yearly budget, and handling special tasks as assigned.
