  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or investment holding.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel, IFCA, and ACCPAC accounting software are added advantages.
  • Manage timelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in light of tight schedules.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills with high integrity.

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and ensure timely completion of monthly full set management accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of accounting transactions by keying into the system and filing all related documents in an orderly manner.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecast.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of timely and informative reports, the accuracy of accounting data, and improved efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory statutory authorities.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor.
