As a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing the best service and support to our policyholders, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate, GMBS, System & Projects Support.

The Role:

1. GMBS Admin System Support
   • Prepare management reports
   • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements/projects/defects
   • Perform new scheme or new product testing
   • Maintain proper documentation on test results
   • Other responsibilities entailed
2. Chatbot Project
   • Prepare data taxonomy, draft responses and Q&A for FAQs
   • Perform UAT and post deployment testing for FAQs
   • Perform Chatbot analysis to enhance user experience
   • Other tasks as assigned

The Person:

• Possess a tertiary qualification preferably in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting or Insurance
• Has at least 2 years of working experience in life insurance
• Good written and verbal skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
