Job Responsibilities

• Process Reload Pin/Direct Credit orders from Service Providers (SP) or corporate customers, which includes preparing quotations, submitting requests for invoices to Finance, and requests to generate PIN / perform Direct Credit to e-Wallet Operation Team, and request for Reload PIN Gift Voucher printing.
• Process commission claims by SP.
• Attend enquiries on Reload PIN status.
• Update sales reports, compile and file sales documents.
• Maintain and update reload points.
• Compile weekly or monthly Reload PIN sales submitted by SPs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in order fulfilment or a similar capacity.
• Ability to multi-task, particularly under pressure, often to tight deadlines and within SLA.
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel & Word.
