JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
2. Full-Stack Development: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
3. Backend Development: Build robust and scalable backend services using cutting-edge technologies like Node.js and serverless architectures.
4. Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible frontend applications using modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
5. Performance Optimization: Optimize backend code and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
6. Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance system performance and user experience.
7. Agile Development: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to foster a collaborative and efficient development process.
8. AI and Machine Learning: Research, explore and implement AI and ML techniques to enhance product features and user experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in full-stack development heavily towards backend solutions.
2. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js, serverless architectures, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
3. Frontend Knowledge: Knowledge or experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
5. Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
6. Continuous Learning: A passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.
7. Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and a collaborative approach to development.
8. AI and Machine Learning: Knowledge of AI/machine learning (AGI, ASI, GenAI & etc.), the frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience with AI/ML projects will be an advantage.
