Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will support the achievement of business objectives. This includes the following:

• Work closely with the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team to assist with the monthly review of all functions against budgets.
• Ensure all entries are recorded in the appropriate budgeted cost centers on a monthly basis.
• Analyze variances and list exceptions for monthly discussions with each functional head.
• Coordinate and lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with functions and the FP&A team.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as required, in coordination with the FP&A team.
• Support all functional heads with ad-hoc reports and analysis to help achieve organizational goals.
• Prepare, analyze, and submit major functional reports to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and analysis.
• Experience working in a SAP environment is a must.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance business partnering.
• Experience working across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
