Associate Executive - Contract Logistics/SCM, Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all paperwork is in order and in compliance with the company policies.
• Prepare Shipping Documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Good form IATA & IMDG and Pre-alert to Customers.
• Import and Export procedures.
• Handle Custom’s requirements and Documentation such as ZB1, ZB2, K8, K2 & K1.
• Liaise and communicate with Port Management such as request CMR (Container Movement Request).
• Communicate with Customers and Clients and resolve any complaints.
• Able to communicate with Customer’s order Management on all order fulfillment and related issues.
• Liaise and communicate with Customers, Transporters, Shipping Lines, Air freight, Ocean Freight & Freight Forwarders.
• Monitor and coordinate Transportation and Trucking timely.
• Able to keep meticulous records of shipment information.
• Data Entry and Other assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min. SPM / Diploma / Degree holder.
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa, and Customer Service Skills.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• IATA DG certified is an advantage.
• Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
• Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes.
• Self-initiative individual who can work well in a team.
