Associate Engineer (Production)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the maintenance execution project to ensure technician compliance with the Cast House safety regulation.
2. Assist Superior by offering technical advice on servicing and repairing machinery.
3. Participate in the execution and development of Preventive Maintenance including design, implementation, and testing.
4. Assist in purchasing machinery spare parts and tools.
5. Ensure the achievement of production quantity and quality set by Management, providing a quality product and customer service that ensures total customer satisfaction.
6. Receive all incoming materials such as raw materials and consumables by performing self-inspection on material quality, quantity, and specification according to the supplier’s Delivery Order.
7. Properly control machine temperature to decrease wastage of utilities, including heat recycling and control of the furnace door open time frame and its frequency.
8. Introduce safety regulations for all staff and ensure all jobs are done safely.
9. Implement and monitor all staff to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and improve the working process.
10. Priority will be given to candidates conversant in Mandarin, as maintenance tasks will involve working with personnel from China.
