Job Summary:

Trim and Probe Process Engineer, responsible for the manufacturing process from incoming to outgoing in delivering quality output on-time. Able to analyze a process system and initiate continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Lot On hold, perform risk assessment, initiate root cause investigation and provide on-time disposition.
• Initiate continuous improvement which includes process standardization, process simplification, and cost savings projects.
• Involved in site transfer activities and new tester/probers qualification.
• Initiate problem solving and troubleshooting on Trim processes to reduce production related problems and delays.
• Owner of operating procedure documentation to ensure they are in place, up to date, and ensure line compliance.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Maintenance, Planning, QA, Facility) to ensure all processes and procedures for Trim & Probe are documented and executed.
