Job Purpose: Overall supervision of operation activities in ensuring productive use of man, process and equipment to meet the company’s objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
2. Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
3. Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
4. Engage specialists regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.
5. Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions.
6. Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.
7. Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them.
8. Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel.
9. Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience.
3. Team Player.
4. Possess computer skills (e.g., Excel (Macro), Word, etc.).
5. Able to work in 12-hour rotating shifts.
