If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Associate, Customer Marketing.

The Role:

  1. Design and develop marketing materials for various purposes including product, event, campaign, brochures, flyers etc.
  2. Design and develop social media content for corporate website and corporate social media (online) for product and events.
  3. Prepare monthly marketing reports for internal and external stakeholders including budgeting, proposals, campaigns, and events.
  4. Establish, maintain, and monitor good communication between internal and external cross-departments to ensure the daily operations within the organization.
  5. Assist in the development and monitoring of new product launches and existing products.
  6. Assist in the preparation of events, including but not limited to pre-event preparations, on-ground event, and post-event reports.
  7. Liaise with vendors to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  8. Monitor and ensure social content including corporate website and social media (Facebook, Instagram) are up-to-date and accurate.
  9. Ensure compliance of marketing materials produced to be within corporate and bank negara guidelines (both online & offline).
  10. Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  11. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  12. Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  13. Other responsibilities as assigned.

The Person:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Experience in leads management and events would be an added advantage.
  3. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Marketing.
  4. Team-oriented, self-starter, and adaptable.
  5. Good interpersonal, communication, computer, and people skills.
  6. High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and demonstrates a good attitude towards teamwork.
  7. Takes initiative to improve current processes and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
