The Role:
- Assist in executing and implementing brand, product, and event-based campaigns via multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns are monitored closely and meet all deadlines.
- Work closely with Media and Creative agencies to ensure timely execution/implementation of campaigns.
- Assist in coordination and compiling information for Brand Health Tracking.
- Act as the Corporate Identity custodian for internal and external parties, ensuring branding materials are in compliance with the brand guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure all social content is scheduled and inquiries on social media are attended to within the stipulated timeline.
- Monitor and ensure all content on the corporate website and company intranet is updated.
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns for key products and brand campaigns.
- Develop always-on content for social media accounts.
- Support corporate communications tasks and corporate responsibility projects as assigned.
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
The Person:
- Ideally hold an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Has at least 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Creative and innovative, with good project management skills.
- Good knowledge of brand management, PR best practices, as well as event management and crisis management/communications.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and has a good attitude towards teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
