Responsibilities:

• Handle Replacement of Policy (ROP) for internal cases and external cases.
• Answer inquiries on the ROP and handle the investigation cases from beginning until resolved.
• Register and prepare data for ROP appeals, including incomplete documents that require further investigation with letters to agents.
• Compile ROP registered and completed documents for CS interview.
• Compile ROP appeals for ROP committee's consideration.
• Co-ordinate, organize, and take minutes at ROP communication meetings; prepare ROP summary reports for committee members.
• Conduct ROP communication meetings on a bi-monthly basis.
• Assist in registering fraud cases and feedback cases in CFS.
• Prepare reports for commission crediting on approved ROP appeals.
• Attend ICM inquiries and back up in Conduct & Servicing (investigation).
• Maintain proper records and ensure TAT is met.
• Process, supervise, and review ROP appeal cases.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and any related functions as requested.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration with two years working experience in the insurance industry or related field.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries via market conduct on agent's services.
• Familiar with Agency Administration policy and guidelines.
• Familiar with Legal Concepts in Insurance and insurance product knowledge.
• Ability to organize work in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Pleasant and friendly disposition.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Good inquiry and probing skills.
• Strong in information gathering and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
