Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist Marketing Communications EMAP Industrial to join our team in Cyberjaya, MY.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Manager, Marketing Communications, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist with creation and execution of industrial marketing collaterals & campaigns for the EMAP region (mechanical, chemical and single use portfolios) using CMS Optimizely
- Work with the digital team on reportings of core industrial mechanical and chemical campaigns (360°)
- Coordinate the content approvals with the appropriate legal, marketing, sales and regulatory executives. Make sure every aspect of our communications is in line with the company branding.
- Assist with the creation and release of the industrial catalogue, ensure it features the latest portfolio range, solutions and services of Ansell
- Coordinate the translation/proofreading/typesetting of communication materials
- Support the MarCom manager in preparing the monthly internal marketing newsletter
- Lead and manage the processing of marketing-related purchase orders and invoices and assist with managing outside agencies and companies
- Support the printing, delivery and item managements (SAP/Essers) of regional marketing assets
- Document all ongoing and upcoming activities in the Marketing content calendar
- Ensure sufficient & timely access to all relevant marketing collaterals by uploading to our DAM (Asset Bank)
- Provide support to specific projects and communication needs identified by the Marcom Manager
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in marketing
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- A good knowledge of marketing and brand management
- PC literate: thorough knowledge of PC, MS-Office (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
