Job Description

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:

1. Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
2. SPM & Diploma

Experience / Skill Requirement

1. 1–2 years or more of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in English and Malay is required.
3. Familiarity with the import/export process.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery processes.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and monitor the timely transportation of goods to customers and between facilities.
2. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping liners.
3. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as CIPL, K2, BL & Form D.
4. Coordinate import shipments documents from P&P to liaise with freight forwarders.
5. Vessel booking for export shipments.
6. Provide regular updates to management on shipment progress and any potential delays.
7. Regularly review and align delivery schedules with the warehouse team to ensure FG availability aligns with committed delivery dates.
