Assistant Vice President, Business Analyst

This role will support the Head of Department in transforming operational data into actionable strategic intelligence, enabling evidence-based decision-making and impact measurement for agency's initiatives.

Job Description

Tasks include but not limited to:

Data Analytics & Insights

• Lead the development and implementation of data analytics frameworks and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Transform raw data into clear, actionable intelligence through advanced analysis techniques and visualization.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track related performance indicators and program outcomes.
• Conduct regular impact assessments of Yayasan Peneraju's initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.

Strategic Planning & Implementation

• Partner with the Head of Department to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
• Identify trends and patterns in market data to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain documentation of analytical processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Develop predictive models to forecast trends and potential outcomes of initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Present complex analytical findings to various stakeholders in clear and actionable formats.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand stakeholder needs and provide analytical support to the Head of Department.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners for data sharing and collaborative analysis.
• Train and mentor team members in analytical methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analytics or a related field.
• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in transforming complex data into strategic insights.
• Experience in impact measurement and program evaluation.
• Strong understanding of talent and industry trends, as well as best practices.
• Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks.
• Professional certifications in business analytics or data science are preferred.
