The Role

K CHELE SDN. BHD. is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant to the Director to join our Seremban based team. This full-time role will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the facilitation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate directly in internal and external tasks related to the company and its projects.
  2. Assist in drafting documents, contracts, and paperwork for the Sales Department.
  3. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
  4. Prepare daily work reports as required.
  5. Details will be discussed during the interview.

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar executive support role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel
  5. Ability to work independently, use initiative and exercise sound judgement
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  7. Preference will be given to those who know Chinese
