Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and business travels for the Director(s).
  • Conduct research to gather information and provide insights for decision-making purposes.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on key tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Support the coordination of corporate events, meetings, and engagements.
  • Source for vendors, venues, or suppliers when required, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Assist in email correspondence with external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and other relevant software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh grads with good working attitude are welcomed.
