Job description
Responsibilities:
Coordinate appointments, meetings and business travels for the Director(s).
Conduct research to gather information and provide insights for decision-making purposes.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Assist in tracking and following up on key tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Support the coordination of corporate events, meetings, and engagements.
Source for vendors, venues, or suppliers when required, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Assist in email correspondence with external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Key Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and other relevant software.
Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Interpersonal Skills:
Professional demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh grads with good working attitude are welcomed.

Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced team.
