Assistant Supervisor & Supervisor (All Season Place)
We are looking for Assistant Supervisor & Supervisor for our outlet at All Season Place. At CHAGEE, we believe that all outlet staff is the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liner who bring the utmost services and products to satisfy the needs of all CHAGEE’s customers. Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill tasks relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.
Have experience in F&B industry.
Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfill tasks on outlet operations.
Basic computer skillset and able to use software such as Excel, Power Point, etc.
Possess own transportation.
Willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
Expected to work at the highest standard at all times to ensure outlet product and service quality.
Manage and brew the beverage based on in-house recipes.
Conduct Quality Control tests and ensure beverages are prepared as per recipe provided and taste as usual.
Forecast and set sales targets with actions in place to meet sales targets.
Plan and manage outlet staff force, prepare weekly work schedule, and ensure sufficient staff in place to meet operational requirements.
Sourcing, hiring, and training of new outlet staff to meet outlet’s staffing requirements.
Manage outlet inventory, ensuring sufficient inventory is in place to meet daily sales.
Manage all receipts of outlets, including cash, card payment, and e-wallet payment. Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safeguard cash received.
Manage and monitor outlet costing, including raw material costing, staff costing, and other utilities cost and expenses, ensuring outlet meets profitability targets.
Ensure outlet operation guide is adhered to by outlet and staff at all times.
Ensure the best customer experience is provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaints raised by customers adequately.
Monitor and maintain outlet outlook & cleanliness and equipment, arrange for necessary maintenance if needed.
Required to participate in operational processes, including preparation of beverages, handling cashier position, and any other relevant tasks of outlets.
Salary Range: RM 2.9k - 3.5k. Basic plus Allowance & Incentives up to RM 3,500 depending on candidate experience with additional incentives provided.
