Job description

About the Role:

  1. Generating Sales
  2. Leading a team of store/sales managers/senior supervisors/supervisors in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities.
  3. To lead and focus on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas:
  4. Maximize the sales return per square foot;
  5. Increase average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit.
  6. Ensure the efficiency of the full preparation/implementation of sales promotion activities;
  7. Seasonal change in accordance with the seasonal guide provided, ensuring merchandise display highlights the season and maintains a high standard to promote a better shopping experience and increase sales.
  8. Analyze sales figures and seek ways to increase sales by identifying strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observation.
  9. Utilize stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and provide solutions to ensure logistic movements of stocks are carried out efficiently, including WH to store, fitting room stock turnaround time, and receiving stocks turnaround time.
  10. Fully implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit as a guide to better manage the commercial aspects of the store business.
  11. Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily targets set.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any relevant field.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores.
  3. Candidate must be willing to work retail hours and on public holidays.
