Job description

Expectations on Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Be a Brand Ambassador in the market to develop the visibility and the reputation of the brand.
  2. Ensure budget and targets achievement. Drive strategic performance KPIs.
  3. Foster a growth mindset and act as a role model.
  4. Foster creativity and colleague-centric mindset within the team.
  5. Set the agenda and deliver winning goals to:
  6. Implement clienteling and ensure client engagement, recruitment, retention, and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients.
  7. Design and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate, cross-selling, bags business development.
  8. Ensure regular and effective cascading of company content through morning briefings, product and CRM trainings, engaging animation of the store board.
  9. Impeccable management of the client database including client assignment and reassignment.
  10. Build the best team through talent recruitment and retention, ensuring career development and succession plans.
  11. Grant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedback, and fostering their motivation.
  12. Ensure correct operations and compliance in all administrative procedures including AFS.

Key Competencies:

  1. Ability to communicate with HQ and the team sharing constructive feedback and clear strategies.
  2. Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.
  3. Engaging, positive, and motivating communication skills.
