• Assist manager in all sales and marketing related functions.
• Collect and analyze market information such as market trend, competitor pricing, marketing events, etc.
• Prepare sales forecast and other related reports such as sales performance, collections, goods return, etc.
• Promote and maintain good business relationships with customers.
• Assist manager to plan, strategize, and execute marketing activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
• Build/develop market opportunity with potential and existing customers.
• Lead & supervise subordinates such as sales representatives, merchandisers, promoters, etc.
• Ensure accounts receivable in compliance with company policy.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Manage, collect, and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis.
• Work closely with other departments to strengthen the market position.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in FMCG, preferably in a supervisory or senior executive position.
• Possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel application.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
