Responsible for the achievement of sales and distribution targets within the designated area through active sales in given sales channel.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Grow the business in the specified region year-on-year by increasing sales and overall profits.
• Responsible for the annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross profit targets and negotiate business opportunities for the responsible area.
• Build up and maintain a good business relationship between company and (potential) customers to implement the development strategy in the designated area.
• Analyze, signal and report customer potential, market shares and sales in the designated area and develop action plans to increase market share and gather and share market and competitor information.
• Evaluate, improve and implement merchandising and visibility of company products in primary sales channels.
• Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for company's Healthcare brands in the area responsible.
• Manage PSI forecast and sales process to prevent sales loss from supply shortage and profit loss due to excessive inventory.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distributor management / direct and indirect medical device or relative industry sales experience.
• Negotiation Skills Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
