Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain our company's products and services to customers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide effective sales support.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, closing sales, and coordinating deliveries.
• Collecting and analyzing client feedback to develop new sales and marketing strategies for targeted customer engagement.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating challenges along with potential solutions to upper management.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Training sales team members on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Diploma or Degree in any fields.
• Previous experience in Sales (Electrical) is preferred.
• Customer oriented and possess goal-oriented mindset for meeting sales target.
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
