Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Sales Manager [Beauty Events] role located in Ampang. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to driving sales and sponsorship opportunities. You will be responsible for selling exhibition booths and media sales for The Highlighter MY. Other responsibilities include driving sales, getting new clients, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, ensuring customer satisfaction and client sales support.

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service abilities
• Sales and Organization Skills
• Experience in event management or beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Interest in the beauty, lifestyle, or media industry is a plus!

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and advertisers.
• Sell event sponsorships and exhibition booths for beauty events.
• Secure advertising partnerships for The Highlighter MY, promoting its reach and influence.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract beauty, lifestyle, and fashion brands.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
• Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the success of both the event and the Digital magazine.
