Assistant Sales Manager

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager / Manager at Freshtel Internet located in Kuala Lumpur, Old Klang Road with flexibility for some remote work.

The incumbent will drive revenue growth by hiring, managing and expanding sales channels, including operators, dealers, agents, and key accounts. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring sustainable growth for the organization. The incumbent will oversee partner relationship management, create strategies to enhance sales productivity, and provide exceptional support to meet the company’s business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Can speak Chinese is added advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
• True team player and outgoing personality.
