We are representing our client, a leading public-listed manufacturer and distributor of wood panel products. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to be based in Johor Bahru Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the branch manager in achieving branch sales targets.
Identify, evaluate, and develop potential customers.
Build relationships with existing and new customers.
Promote and sell the company's products.
Handle complaints regarding quality, delivery, or any issues from customers.
Assist the branch manager with branch operational matters.
Develop the existing export market.
Requirements:
Candidates with familiarity in wood panel, furniture material, or FMCG sales experience will have an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience selling physical goods.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation.
Able to travel to Singapore and overseas countries.
Language: English, Malay & Chinese (role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers).
Working Days: 5.5 days | Mon - Fri (8:00 am - 5:30 pm) & Sat (8:00 am - 1:00 pm)
