As an Assistant Sales Manager at BCB Heights Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and offers opportunities for career progression within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  2. Providing coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  3. Monitoring sales activities, analysing data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
  5. Handling customer inquiries, complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  6. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments
  8. Assist in handling overseas market (i.e.: China/Taiwan/Hong Kong), with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with Mandarin-speaking customers

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the sales industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a good understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
  5. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
