Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Georgetown. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, focusing on managing and building partnerships with travel agencies and OTAs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and manage relationships with travel agencies & OTAs.
Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
Analyze market trends and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
Conduct site inspections and assist with in-house events or group visits.
Represent The Habitat Group at industry events and trade fairs.
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in the travel industry).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel is required.
Preferably a nature lover, outdoor activities enthusiast.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and Customer Relationship Management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental conservation in tourism.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
