Assist in the preparation and processing of basic contract documents such as Letter of Award (LOA), CIDB registration, insurance forms, and Bank Guarantees.
Ensure all contract-related documents are properly filed, recorded, and maintained according to company procedures.
Support in compiling data for site measurements, cost estimations, and feasibility studies under supervision.
Assist in processing contractor claims and preparing documentation for payment to subcontractors.
Follow up on billing matters and assist in monitoring payment status from clients.
Provide support in coordinating with clients and subcontractors on billing or claim-related issues.
Assist in the preparation of letters such as Instruction to Commence Work (ITCW) and Letters of Intent (LOI) as guided by the supervisor.
Help in collecting and updating contract-related information into systems such as ROSS or Oracle.
Attend project or departmental meetings as an observer or note-taker to gain exposure and provide administrative assistance.
Provide administrative support during tender exercises, including compiling supporting documents and assisting with standard form memos.
Assist in preparing summaries or draft reports for internal use, including basic cost tracking and updates on project financial status.
Support the Quantity Surveying team in preparing documentation for final accounts and basic reconciliation during post-contract stages.
Requirements
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Any internship or previous experience in a construction or infrastructure environment is an advantage.
