Scope of Works:
Assist management and organize documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and distribution.
Support administrative functions by preparing correspondence, reports, and assisting with meeting coordination.
Administer document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and ensure appropriate access and security.
Provide general administrative support to EMAS as per works assigned, preparing agendas, and managing project related communications
Requirement(s):
Minimum Certificate in office administration, business management or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience for clerical, administration and/or document control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
Familiarity with knowledge of document management procedures, version control, and organization techniques
