Scope of Works:

  • Assist management and organize documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and distribution.
  • Support administrative functions by preparing correspondence, reports, and assisting with meeting coordination.
  • Administer document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and ensure appropriate access and security.
  • Provide general administrative support to EMAS as per works assigned, preparing agendas, and managing project related communications

Requirement(s):

  • Minimum Certificate in office administration, business management or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience for clerical, administration and/or document control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Familiarity with knowledge of document management procedures, version control, and organization techniques
