Degree in chemistry/analytical chemistry/Polymer technology or any related
At least 5 years of experience in chemical plant setting/manufacturing is mandatory
Familiarity with analytical testing techniques and lab equipment is a plus.
Having previous experience in handling/leading audits and compliance such as ISO, GMP, or OSHA.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily QAQC operations, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate quality control activities, including testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to meet quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and deviations from standard procedures. Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Analyze quality data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement and product consistency.
Investigate product quality issues, assist in root cause analysis for non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluate raw material suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials align with company standards.
Provide guidance and support to junior quality control staff regarding procedures, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain, review, and update documents relevant to daily QAQC operations and Integrated Management System implementation (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001), HACCP, RSPO, etc.
Coordinate and lead internal audit activities for the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001), HACCP, RSPO, etc.
Act as the key user for SAP QM module, including creating and maintaining inspection plans for raw materials and products.
Lead 5S and quality improvement projects for the QAQC team.
