You are a key participant in our procurement team where your meticulous and timely supports are essentially driving the organization's success. You take pride in strategizing spending in a cost-efficient manner by handling procurement related tasks including purchasing, conduct of pricing survey, keep up to date on supplier list, monthly report preparation and etc.
Job Requirement
Managing administrative part of purchasing (PR, Quotation, PO, DO & Invoices).
Provide support and relevant information to Superior for material purchase and strategy planning.
To ensure effective / efficient execution of purchasing activities and other administration control on raw material to respective production line.
Maintain and possess good communications with vendor / suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and keep optimum raw material stock level for production.
Performing day to day raw material controls activities including, purchasing, delivery follow-up, preparing, and issuing.
Liaise with other department for efficient and effective manufacturing activities, inventory management, and spare parts management.
Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers and suppliers’ conditions.
Conduct supplier evaluation from time to time.
Review and negotiate quotation, analysis cost structure and other terms and conditions.
Ad-hoc assignments as assigned from Superior from time to time.
Other Requirements
A candidate with at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing or Business Administration or equivalent.
Min 1-3 years working experience in related field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
