Assistant Public Relations & Corporate Communications Manager

Assist the MARCOM Manager in managing and promoting the Hotel's image, brand, and communication strategies. This includes developing and executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, ensuring consistent corporate messaging, and handling internal communications.

• Good knowledge of all products, facilities, and services offered by the hotel.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels & social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging for external audiences across digital, print, social media, and advertising platforms.
• Manage social media, create content, and oversee product launches, promotional events, or seasonal promotions.
• Write or oversee the creation of content for various channels (websites, social media, posters, newsletters) to engage customers and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor public opinion about the company, addressing any negative feedback or issues that could harm the brand’s reputation.
• Organised and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create compelling and clear messaging.
