Assistant Finance Manager (KL) (Property & Construction)

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, strategize & execute project's KPI & KFA
2. Proposal preparation, job pitching, ideation, and concept proposal; involve in major brainstorming
3. Monitor project's outcome and problem-solving
4. Come up with out-of-the-box ideas to improve ways of execution & working
5. Initiatives to build solid relationships with internal & external parties
6. Develop effective training solutions and presentation decks
7. Conduct regular WIP with internal & external liaison
8. Sourcing & purchasing management; liaise with suppliers on pricing, costing, requirements & timeline

Job Requirements

1. Achieve at least a degree certificate
2. Minimum of 1 year working experience in any field related to sales, marketing, or customer service
3. Able to communicate in Mandarin
4. Proficient in Microsoft applications
5. Result-oriented with a pleasant personality
6. Good time management skills
7. Team player
8. Willing to work on weekends
