Responsibilities:

1. Develop departmental plans aligned with company goals; set and break down annual objectives by section.
2. Optimize departmental structure and job roles based on organizational needs and staffing.
3. Build and motivate the team; conduct training and manage performance in line with company culture.
4. Manage the departmental budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
5. Create and regularly review annual production forecasts; develop and adjust quarterly and monthly plans.
6. Monitor process and quality indicators; implement and refine quality objectives.
7. Manage inventory and procurement to reduce costs and enhance turnover rates.
8. Oversee maintenance and performance checks of machinery; coordinate regular inspections and support new product development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemical specialty.
2. Over 8 years in production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
