The person is responsible for the overall manufacturing operations, resource utilization, product quality, and more.
Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the factory and develop an effective network of communication across departments (Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR & Admin) to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activity.
Continuously develop and enhance the manufacturing process and factory operations.
Ensure optimum deployment of manpower and materials.
Implement process improvements to increase safety and quality while reducing costs.
Lead in continuous improvement of plant operations and compliance with production and safety procedures.
Develop strategies, procedures, and policies, as well as action plans, to enhance the growth and progress of factory operations.
Involve in any assigned ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Food Tech or equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years of factory management experience or in a similar capacity.
