Job Title: Production Manager
Location: EH Success Solutions Sdn Bhd

Job Summary: The Production Manager at EH Success Solutions Sdn Bhd is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products that meet customer requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. This role involves managing a team, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with Lean Six Sigma principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:
  • Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure production output is in line with quality standards and UL certification requirements.
  • Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels to avoid production delays.
  • Lead daily production meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all production activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any quality issues and ensure products meet customer-specific requirements (CSR).
  • Implement and maintain best practices for quality control at each stage of the production process.
• Team Leadership:
  • Manage, motivate, and lead the production team to achieve performance targets.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance team capability.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment in line with EH Success Solutions Sdn Bhd’s safety policies.
• Process Optimization:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements that lead to cost savings, reduced downtime, and enhanced production capacity.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager, Quality Assurance, and other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain open communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare and present production reports, including output, downtime, and improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor production KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally in the automotive or electronics industry.

• Certifications: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards is required. Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Proficient in using production management software and tools.
