Job Description

1. Support the development and enhancement of new product initiatives toward successful market introduction.
2. Offer assistance and direction to team members while overseeing progress to ensure timelines and key objectives are met.
3. Help evaluate potential raw materials and communicate necessary approvals to the team through appropriate channels.
4. Review and confirm testing results for newly introduced products to ensure they meet quality and shelf-life criteria.
5. Oversee certification processes for new or updated products in collaboration with relevant departments.
6. Track and manage the status of sample deliveries for evaluation by external partners, providing updates as needed.
7. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, production, quality assurance, and others, to drive project success.
8. Ensure company documentation is well-maintained and processes are followed to support smooth operations.
9. Provide internal support, addressing any technical issues related to customer feedback or production.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor Degree of Food Science & Nutrition.
2. Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple development projects simultaneously.
3. Knowledge of consumer trends and the ability to translate insights into innovative product concepts.
4. Well-versed in food act and regulations, Halal standards and food safety standards.
5. Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
6. Excellent time and project management skills.
7. Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and vendor management.
8. Strong communication skills.
