Currently representing a fast growing retail food & beverage company in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As they are expanding, they are looking for Operation Assistant Manager to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & manage operating costs.
Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure SOP is observed & carried out consistently for all branches.
Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
Lead, encourage and motivate the team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the F&B Industry.
Preferably have experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Due to business nature)
Working days: 6 days (Shift rotation, off-day on weekday)
