Manages, plans, & oversees daily operational activities to ensure operational goals and objectives are met
Lead, train, and manage a team of staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Overseeing staffing plans and supervising, hiring, and training new employees
Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards
Working cross-departmentally with departments in charge to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational objectives
Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to operational matters
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience in a supervisory, operational role in a related field
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication, problem solving, organizational and leadership skills
Able to work independently, disciplined, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate with basic usage of Word and Excel
