Assistant Merchandiser (Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

• Support basic and routine merchandising tasks and functions.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting and analysis.
• Support promotion setup, pricing surveys, stock planning, consolidation, stock allocation, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in e-commerce business processes.
• Support the buying process and procedures.
• Support new intake process and coordination and data management.
• Manage inter-department communication and correspondence related to promotions, intakes, and ad-hoc inquiries within the assigned portfolio.
• Liaise with principals regarding any inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, Fashion, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of merchandising experience in the fashion retail industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Competent in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Passion for fashion and the retail industry.
