Job description

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and customer education across the SEA region.
  2. Develop overall growth strategies for performance marketing, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, TikTok, and retargeting channels. Devise performance marketing strategies that synergize with business goals.
  3. Manage the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.
  4. Empower creative ideas and innovations within performance marketing channels.
  5. Collaborate with creative, campaign, and analytics teams to enhance channel performance.
  6. Make strategic decisions to prioritize key focus areas for effective outcomes.
  7. Analyze data to gain insights and propose effective solutions.
  8. Coach and grow the performance marketing team to meet company needs and support growth.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in English.
  2. Proficiency in Google AdWords, GDN, and Facebook paid ads is a MUST.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Data-driven.
  5. Ability to think outside the box.
  6. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  8. Experience in B2B industries is a plus.
