Job description

Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and online platforms.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends to build successful strategies.

Content Creation and Social Media Management

  • Oversee the company’s social media platforms and websites, ensuring engaging and relevant content (videos, photos, graphics, and copywriting) is regularly posted.
  • Create compelling and targeted content for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience insights to improve engagement.
  • Work with influencers and KOLs for brand collaborations.
  • Travel as needed for content shooting at different locations.

Branding and Marketing Communications

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in all external and internal materials.
  • Oversee the production of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the company and/or brand identity.

Event and Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
  • Develop creative marketing materials for promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and media for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event and campaign execution.

Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Mentor, develop, and empower team members, nurturing their skills and potential for growth.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging team members to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Others

  • To follow up the payments with Accounts Department for all marketing vendors.
  • To carry out any other duties as requested by the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager or Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with expertise in Food & Beverage and Lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with analysis capability.
  • Proficient in basic photography, Adobe Photoshop and or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.

  • Salary range of RM6,000– RM8,000 according to experience.
